One of the world's most legendary fashion designers, Oscar de la Renta, is dead.
Known for dressing celebrities, stateswomen and fashionistas of all kinds, de la Renta's most recent famous moment came when he designed Amal Clooney's wedding dress just last month. He had been diagnosed with cancer in 2006 but it's unclear at this point what caused his death. He was aged 82.
